Summaries of bookings - which show when courts are in use - and a brief booking title are
visible to everyone. This means that club members can quickly see if there are free courts without the need to log
in. Users should choose their booking titles accordingly. For example, a common practice is for
users to put just their initials in the public title for their own individual bookings.
User data held by the Court Booking System is encrypted.
Communication between the Court Booking System and the user's browser is encrypted (whether logged in or not).
The Court Booking System website only sets functional cookies: i.e. those cookies which are required for the purpose of managing
login sessions, and for remembering the preferences of users.
